BACARDÍ and Model Olivia Culpo Host Neon Brunch to Celebrate the Launch of New BACARDÍ Lime Flavor in New York

BACARDÍ and Olivia Culpo hosted a vibrant Neon Brunch at the whimsical Magic Hour Rooftop Bar to celebrate the rum brand’s newest flavor innovation, BACARDÍ Lime. Perfect for the upcoming warm weather drinking occasions, BACARDÍ Lime cocktails like the BACARDÍ Lime Cooler, BACARDÍ Lime Mojito, Sparkling Hibiscus Limeade and BACARDÍ Lime & Soda, flowed at Neon Brunch as DJ Amrit fueled guests with upbeat vibes. Encouraged to stand out, guests went all out with the fashion trend of the season to pay homage to the new flavor.

Upon entry to Magic Hour, guests were welcomed into a neon-lit green tunnel before being whisked up to the 18th floor rooftop for brunch. BACARDÍ playfully transformed the sprawling rooftop into a Caribbean, Lime-inspired oasis, with Instagram-worthy features that include a towering lime tree bearing bat-emblazoned fruit, fluorescent neon bat wings, a rotating neon green carousel, signature Lime cocktails in creative vessels, mini-golf course with lime golf balls, and more. To complement the refreshing cocktails, guests were treated to bite-sized savory brunch staples like chicken and waffles, fingerling potatoes, mini lobster rolls, and desserts that included Rice Krispies Treat lollipops, mini key lime pie tarts and lime cotton candy.

Culpo dressed for the occasion and wore a bright neon green mini dress by David Koma and Brian Atwood metallic heels, sipping on the BACARDÍ Lime & Soda cocktail – which she dubbed as her new go-to low calorie drink for the summer. Throughout the event, she indulged in brunch bites, her favorite being the chicken and waffles. Culpo then posed with the BACARDÍ Lime tree and neon bat wings, snapping photos and selfies with attendees along the way. Finally, Culpo even got behind the bar to mix up a BACARDÍ Lime Cooler with 2017 BACARDÍ U.S. Legacy Winner Darnell Holguin, sharing that she can’t wait to serve it at her next summer gathering. She first partnered with BACARDÍ last summer at the Sound of Rum Sessions: Chicago bash with Major Lazer.
